Hello, I’m Claire. Tivoli is a small wine project run by me and my partner Bryn, based in Denmark/ Kwoorabup, Western Australia. We make small-batch wines that celebrate the beauty and uniqueness of the Great Southern.

Tivoli was the name of my father’s childhood home in Cork. When he later emigrated to Australia, he and my mum gave the same name to an old farmhouse they renovated. It’s a place I still visit in my dreams — full of character, life and charm. I hope the wines carry a little of that spirit.

I’ve worked in vineyards and wineries across the Great Southern since 2020. What started as curiosity quickly became an obsession, and eventually the urge to make wine myself. Before wine, I studied philosophy and worked as a carpenter, so I’m handy with tools and prone to overthinking!

The fruit comes from nearby vineyards, often hand-picked with the help of friends, family and plenty of kids. The aim is to make honest, expressive wines full of character — wines I love to drink and hope you do too. Made for picnics, beach bags, backyard fires and long dinners with friends.

Tivoli celebrates the joy and creativity that comes with small-scale winemaking.
